All products sold on ListDigital are digital products (eBooks, PDFs, and downloadable educational content).
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted or the product has been downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following limited cases:
- The digital product was not delivered due to a technical error on our side
- Duplicate charges were made in error
